To celebrate our 25th Reunion, we are planning a weekend of celebration, May 31-June 3, 2007, during the University’s annual Alumni Weekend. Mark your calendars, confirm your travel arrangements, and register now. See who else is planning to attend.
Get ready for the festivities:
Class of 1982 Reunion Celebration
Friday, June 1, 6:30 p.m.: Class photo at the steps of Rockefeller Chapel (rain location, first-floor staircase of Ida Noyes Hall)
7:00–10:00 p.m.: Dinner at the President’s House, 5855 S. University Avenue
We’ll come together formally for the first time at our class reunion dinner on Friday, June 1, as the guests of President and Mrs. Zimmer. We are the first alumni class to have the privilege of dining with the Zimmers in the President’s House, so this alone is a special occasion you won’t want to miss. Catch up with classmates and enjoy dinner with wines from their personal cellar—all compliments of the University Alumni Association in celebration of our 25th Reunion. The event is free, but advance registration is requested. Afterward, we’ll continue the festivities at The Pub—still a popular hangout—with WHPK alumni spinning the tunes. Shuttle service will be provided throughout the weekend to and from campus and the Marriott Residence Inn and Club Quarters.

After breakfast at Bartlett Dining Commons, we’ll march with our banner through the Quads to Rockefeller Chapel for the Alumni Convocation.

Remember the size of the Ida Noyes pool? Come check out the new athletics facility. Look for our class tables at this festive lunch with President Zimmer and alumni from across the University.
ChicaGO Party
Saturday, June 2, 7:00 p.m.-midnight
Ratner Athletics Center
This annual gala features a variety of dinner options, drinks, and live music. Those attending the Interfraternity Sing or having dinner elsewhere can come after 9:30 p.m. at a reduced price for dessert, drinks, and dancing until midnight.
Encourage participation:
- Make a gift to the College Fund in honor of your 25th reunion. Your participation supports the traditions and rigorous liberal education of the College.
- Get in touch with friends, and make sure they’re coming back as well. If you’ve lost contact with someone, check out the online directory and send e-cards to boost attendance.
