Registration Information
On-site registration will take place at Ida Noyes Hall, located at 1212 E. 59th Street.
Thursday, May 1: 2–5 p.m.
Friday, May 2: 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m.
Saturday, May 3: 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m.
Important Details
Advance registration for Alumni Weekend is highly recommended. We cannot guarantee the availability of on-site registration for any Alumni Weekend events. Please note: Alumni Weekend is a cashless program.
Admission to all Alumni Weekend events is on a first-come-first-serve basis (unless noted upon registration).
Admission for children under age 6 is free and does not require registration.
Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy: Registrations can be canceled and fully refunded in the online registration system until 11:59 p.m. (CDT) on Thursday, April 24, 2025. You will need the confirmation number provided in the registration confirmation email sent to the email address used to register the primary registrant. Cancellation requests will not be eligible for an automatic refund after 11:59 p.m. (CDT) on Thursday, April 24, 2025. In case of emergency or extraordinary circumstances, refunds may be granted after this date. In such instances, submit a refund request in writing to alumniweekend@uchicago.edu. Those making telephone requests will be directed to submit their request in writing.
