Registration Information

Online advance registration for Alumni Weekend is now closed. On-site registration will take place at Ida Noyes Hall, located at 1212 E. 59th St., at the following times throughout the weekend:

Thursday, April 30: 1–5 p.m.
Friday, May 1: 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Saturday, May 2: 8:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m. 

Please note Alumni Weekend is a cash-free event.

Important Details

Admission to all Alumni Weekend events is first come, first served (unless noted upon registration).

Admission for children under age 6 is free and does not require registration. 
 

Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy: Registrations can be canceled and fully refunded in the online registration system until 11:59 p.m. (CDT) on Wednesday, April 29, 2026. You will need the confirmation number provided in the registration confirmation email sent to the email address used to register the primary registrant. Cancellation requests will not be eligible for an automatic refund after 11:59 p.m. (CDT) on Wednesday, April 29, 2026. In case of emergency or extraordinary circumstances, refunds may be granted after this date. In such instances, submit a refund request in writing to alumni@uchicago.edu. Those making telephone requests will be directed to submit their request in writing.
